Observations: the old cabinet has been removed. A damp mark is visible near the door.
We have no moisture measurement, diagnosis or confirmed cause.
Action: ask the contractor for an inspection and written findings before closing up the area.
The electrician proposes an inspection on October 12 at 10:00; Camille still needs to confirm.
Premium flooring upgrade: an additional EUR 800 including tax has been proposed; decision pending.
Confirmed decision: keep the existing handles, with no additional purchase.
Open question: who will move the furniture before painting? Nobody has accepted this task.
